In the German City of Aachen, the Police Dept got a late night phone call from a lady demanding that something be done.
Her complaint; 'my husband isn't fulfilling his sexual obligations.'
The police did not feel that they could resolve the dispute, nor could they issue an official order.
However a full report was filed for future reference.
